The new Wal-Mart store in Xuzhou is the 235th store of Wal-Mart in China, and it is also the 15th Wal-Mart store in Jiangsu Province. Located in the 2nd and 3rd Floor of Zhengxiang Shopping Plaza in the Jiefang Road, Xuzhou city, the total investment of the new store reaches 380 million Yuan, with a sales area of 11,000 square meters. The new store provides more than 20,000 kinds of commodities, and it has two large parking areas. The opening of the Wal-Mart shopping plaza is a milestone in the development of commercial and trade circulation industry of Xuzhou city. It could further improve the urban functions, improve the city's economic driving force, enhance the size and grade of the modern service industry of the city and increase the radiation power of big cities like Xuzhou city.
