Information technology plays a leading role in retail innovation. In the current economic environment, the retail industry was faced with slowed growth due to rising human cost and property rent. Meanwhile, traditional retailers encountered new difficulties when developing online business as part of their multi-channel integration process. Many retailers paid great attention to the role that IT would play in boosting corporate efficiency.

With its theme on IT Strategy in the Age of Mobile Connection, the summit proposed four topics: Embrace the Big Data Era, IT Strategy and ERP Strategy, Mobile Connection and New IT Application and Best IT Practices of Chain Retailers.
